Placing Your First Order Placing an order at OpenGlobe is easy. You must first have an account. You can also place orders by calling us at: (877) 692-9837. Finding Items First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can begin your search by clicking the Search button. You will also find links to browse lists. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart If you want to order an item, click the "Buy It" button on the right side of the detail page. Use the cart's "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by going to My Account and selecting Shopping Cart. Proceed to Checkout Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart", click the "Checkout Now" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Select a Shipping Address Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you have previously entered addresses, they will appear here. If not, then you can add your address, and it will be saved so that you do not have to enter it for your next purchase. Select a Billing Address Tell us where your credit card bill goes. If you have previously entered addresses, they will appear here. If not, then you can add your address, and it will be saved so that you do not have to enter it for your next purchase. Also enter your e-mail address so we can keep you informed as to where your order is in the delivery process. Provide a Method of Payment Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Check Cards. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Select a Shipping Method Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Review and Submit Your Order Check the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
